The Memory Painter by Gwendolyn Womack.

The Memory Painter by Gwendolyn Womack.

When I saw the title of the book I couldn’t resist picking it up at the library.
A novel about painting I thought. I might even pick up some painting tips while reading..

That didn’t happen but this was  a good book about an incredible artist with amazing , if not unbelievable talent, a very complicated story plot, complete with a  love story, involving a   neurogeneticist,  reincarnation and a  involved commercial modern business which keeps you guessing until the very end.
Once you  become entwined in the book, this is not one to leave until you have read the whole thing.

This book must have involved a great deal of research into many historical facts, obscure languages and the latest findings on neurology and genetics.

It is a  suspenseful thriller set over 6 continents and 10,000 years and yes, the paintings play a big part in the story..
