An Easter Surprise
Every year I try to make hot cross buns that we will eat on Easter morning or at least sometime close to Easter. Every year I find a recipe thinking this will be the best ever, and surely it can't go wrong this year!
Well, as you can see it did. My mistake! I was making a bread machine recipe. I should have stopped it at the "DOUGH" stage and formed the buns.I found that out when it was already baking in the machine!
So now we have hot cross bun bread.Tasted almost the same as well!!
